Delivery & AI-Readiness Diagnostic

Two weeks. Fixed scope, fixed fee. An honest read on whether your AI and digital spend is paying — and whether the delivery layer underneath it can actually ship.

€6,500 fixed · ~2 weeks · mostly remote · run personally by Bernhard & Adrianna — the operators who instrumented delivery at AB InBev (DORA, ~30% analyst productivity uplift) and ran operational & tech due diligence across the Abris Capital portfolio.

What you get

  • A delivery-health baseline. DORA metrics plus your real delivery cadence, audited against what good looks like — where work actually stalls between strategy and shipped.
  • An AI / digital-spend ROI map. What you're spending, what's measured, what isn't, and what the measurement gap is costing you. The analysis behind our AI-measurement work, applied to your numbers.
  • An IC-ready findings memo. Prioritised, evidence-based, in the same format we deliver to investment committees. No anonymised weasel-stories.
  • A one-page "what we'd do next". The three highest-leverage moves, sized and sequenced — so the diagnostic ends in a decision, not a deck.

How we work

  • Fixed scope, fixed fee. €6,500, written scope, no open-ended day rate. You know the number before we start.
  • Both principals, not a junior team. Bernhard and Adrianna run it personally. Two senior operators, two weeks.
  • Light on your people. Two to three working sessions with your team, the rest is our analysis. We don't move into your offices for a month.
  • Honest, even when it's inconvenient. If your AI spend is paying and your delivery is healthy, we'll tell you that and hand back the fee question. We're not here to manufacture a programme.

Ideal for

  • A board or CEO funding AI / digital / transformation who wants an honest, fast read on whether it's paying — before committing to a bigger programme.
  • A CFO who can't get a straight answer on what the AI and digital spend is actually returning.
  • A PE operating partner who needs a portfolio company's delivery and AI-readiness assessed quickly, in IC-ready form.
  • A transformation lead whose strategy is sound but whose delivery keeps slipping, and who needs to know which layer the problem lives in.

Where this comes from

This is the diagnostic we've run inside real mandates, productised. We instrumented delivery and stood up DORA as the engineering scorecard inside AB InBev's global transformation (~30% analyst productivity uplift), and we delivered operational & tech due diligence with IC-ready decision memos across the Abris Capital portfolio. The natural next step

If the findings warrant it, the obvious next move is to fix what we found — an interim CxO mandate or a scoped transformation, run by the same two people who did the diagnostic. No lock-in: the diagnostic stands on its own, and plenty of clients take the memo and run with it themselves.

Common questions

What is the Delivery & AI-Readiness Diagnostic?

It's a two-week, fixed-fee assessment of two things: whether your AI and digital investment is actually paying back, and whether the delivery layer underneath it can ship what the strategy promises. You end with an evidence-based, investment-committee-ready findings memo and a one-page, sequenced plan of the highest-leverage next moves.

How much does it cost?

€6,500, fixed, against a written scope. No open-ended day rate and no surprise extension — you know the number before we start. It's priced deliberately below a month of senior day-rate so the decision to get an honest read is an easy one.

How long does it take, and what do we have to commit?

About two weeks, mostly remote. From your side it's two to three working sessions and access to the relevant delivery and spend numbers. Both Bernhard and Adrianna run it personally — you're not handed to a junior team.

What do we actually get at the end?

An IC-ready findings memo — prioritised, evidence-based, in the format we deliver to investment committees — plus a one-page "what we'd do next" with the three highest-leverage moves sized and sequenced. A decision, not a 40-slide deck.

How is this different from a big-consultancy audit?

Two senior operators who have actually held the seats run it personally, in two weeks, for a fixed fee — not a large junior team over two months on a day rate. And we measure what pays, not what fills a report. You hire a consultancy for the deck; you hire us for the honest read and the sequenced next step.

What happens after the diagnostic?

Your call. Many clients take the memo and execute it themselves. If you'd rather we fix what we found, the natural next step is an interim CxO mandate or a scoped transformation, run by the same two people. There's no lock-in and no obligation — the diagnostic stands on its own.
