Interim executive and innovation leader, 15+ years across corporate, PE and venture environments. Six years inside AB InBev running global analytics and digital transformation — including a 25-person squad on the PerfectDraft product and the introduction of DORA metrics across multiple engineering teams. Co-founded Primotly and scaled it from founder team to 50 FTE before handing over to a self-running structure. Advisory and operational due-diligence mandates across the Abris Capital CEE portfolio (WDX, Versabox). Executive MBA with Distinction from University of Warsaw. Native German and French, fluent English and Polish.

HR Setup, People & Crisis, Post-Merger Integration

Senior HR leader, 15+ years partnering with C-level executives across fast-scaling and post-merger environments. Currently Head of HR at Welyo, where she built the HR function greenfield after the Focus Telecom + Systell merger and runs KPI/OKR-driven performance cycles. Previously Senior HR Business Partner at RTB House (APAC + EMEA), HRBP at TikTok (Europe), and HR Director at Primotly. Background in psychology and pedagogy from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University; ongoing CBT psychotherapy training at InterEgo gives her the calibration for people-crisis work. Native Polish, fluent English, working French.
